Pico Del Gallo

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes
1/2 onion
bunch of coriander
1 lime
Salt and pepper

This easy and classic dish is a staple of ours over summer.

Slice and dice the tomatoes, onion and coriander together. salt and pepper to season, and squeeze the lime over. Mix together and serve. Cannot get easier than that hey?
